1. This build has multiple new non-Metro programs, such as CreateBootableUFD.exe, dpmanage.exe and a few Action Center items such as MSchedExe.exe. CreateBootableUFD.exe is obviously for creating bootable USB flash drives and dpmanage.exe is for managing the Data Protection Service, however the registry entry for the Data Protection Service is not in this build, meaning that it's useless. MSched.exe is for managing Automatic Maintenance. Check out this MyDigitalLife thread for more information. Additionally, dpmanage.exe and CreateBootableUFD.exe from this build of Windows 8 can work on Windows 7 if the other required files are copied to System32.
2. This build not only overhauls the On-Screen Keyboard's UI, but also adds and removes some words from the Text Prediction bar, such as "humoresque."
