1. The new icon renderer featured in this build may load icons incorrectly or fail to load and just leave it to the old icon renderer to render the icons. This new icon renderer remains up until Windows 8 build 8186 (could be inaccurate).
2. This build of Windows 8 has a few API files that don't exist in any other version of Windows, such as api-ms-win-core-localregistry-l1-1-1.dll.
3. MUIs are cached in this build of Windows, meaning that if you modify an MUI file the changes will not show instantly. This can be fixed by replacing dui70.dll with a copy from Windows 8 build 7700.
